Niall O’Kelly
Niall has the innate ability to understand people. Niall understands each of his clients’ ways of thinking and each of his opponents’. Niall has significant experience in Labour, Business and Estates Law.
Within Labour law, Niall has provided extensive advice on the drafting and negotiating of several major employment agreements. Niall also has significant knowledge and experience with the field of technology. This has enabled him to provide his clients with extremely valuable advice on non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.
With regards to Business law, Niall has advised on several major mergers and acquisitions. He has also served on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards of directors. Additionally, Niall has worked with many start-ups and small-medium businesses in order to inform them on how to best ensure that their legal needs and business operations are managed professionally. Niall prides himself on providing top-notch services at an accessible cost.
Within Estates law, Niall has served with distinction as Executor/Liquidator and Trustee in a number of complex Estates. Niall has helped clients with succession planning as well as managing successions disputes. Over the course of his career, Niall has advised and represented testators, beneficiaries, executors/liquidators/trustees and estates on a number of occasions. Niall’s experience and his understanding of all the various perspectives within Estates and Successions Law have made him a significant asset to his clients.
Niall prides himself on his ability to seek out the best practical solutions for his clients. When it is practical to do so, Niall makes significant effort to negotiate favourable settlements for his clients. When an amicable resolution isn’t possible or practical, Niall aggressively pursues the interests of his clients and ensures that his clients’ rights are protected.
